EEEEKK!

Yes I have gone weird and adopted mice. We started with 2 and one died, probably from gavin trauma, and so we went and adopted 2 more; for a total of 3. They are Molly, Bibi, and Cutie. They are friendly and are very easy keepers. Gavin likes to torment them by trapping them in his hands and seeing just how tightly they can cling to his arm as he shakes it violently. Its a wonder the first one died. Actually it wasnt Gavins fault. It was just a faulty mouse. But the 3 we have now seem healthy and active. They run in their little wheel and climb all over their cage looking for weak spots to escape from. These are instead of a dog or another child I guess.

Fruits Of Dad's labor

Gavin enjoying the fruits of his fathers labor. We have gotten some radishes, as seen here, lettuce, and some strawberries. Gavin eats most of what is harvested because its not growing in great quantities yet. Here's to a more prosperous garden!
Gavin has his own little garden box where he has chosen to grow pumpkins, tomatoes, carrots, strawberries, and watermelon. So far everything has sprouted so he should have a nice little garden to watch grow.

Such a beautiful Face

On occasion Gavin feels the need to ride his bike around the block. He does a decent job of it but could use more practice to gain more confidence. As we were scooting down the sidewalk we came up to a group of old ladies who take walks around the block. They had stopped to chat and we came up to them and one lady asks us, " how old is she?" Now if you look at the pictures, do you see girl? The lady got kinda flustered as one of her friends told her he was a boy. She then kind of apologized and said she didnt mean to call him a girl. She wanted to say that he had such a beautiful face. We smiled and said thanx and continued walking, laughing a bit. I will admit, he does have a pretty cute face. Especially when he has his really rosey cheeks.
